Product Guarantee PoliciesIf you find that a product purchased on-line from NovuScript is not satisfactory, or arrives in defective condition, you may request a refund, a credit or a replacement. You must follow the return policies below in order to receive full credit for your purchase. Each product also carries a Manufacturer's Warranty, which you should read and follow beyond the 30-Day Guarantee period. Software products and extended warranties cannot be returned if opened. Once the returned product is received, inspected and found to be in adherence to these policies, a credit to your credit card will be made. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, it may be returned to you at your cost, or a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied.
