We want you to get the most from products and services you purchase from NovuScript™. To that end, we're pleased to extend a 30-day Money Back Guarantee of your satisfaction.

Product Guarantee Policies

If you find that a product purchased on-line from NovuScript™ is not satisfactory, or arrives in defective condition, you may request a refund, a credit or a replacement. You must follow the return policies below in order to receive full credit for your purchase. Each product also carries a Manufacturer's Warranty, which you should read and follow beyond the 30-Day Guarantee period.

Software products and extended warranties cannot be returned if opened.

Sorry, but delivery and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

To return a defective or unsatisfactory product, you must completely follow these instructions:

1. Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. No writing, marks or damage to the packaging is acceptable. Do not remove UPC or bar codes. Do not send in warranty cards or deface any materials.
2. All pieces, including warranty cards, instructions, manuals, software, etc., must be returned in clean, original condition. Sorry, but opened software cannot be returned.
3. Linked, promotional items must also be returned, but other products, not linked, do not have to be returned.
4. You must call NovuScript™ Support at (866) 408-1383, M-F, 7a-5p, Pacific Time and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
5. Return shipping, at your cost, must include the RMA number clearly written on the outside packaging (you should return the product in the same outside shipping box in which the product was sent to you). DO NOT ship using the manufacturer's box only; you must use an outside box to avoid defacing the manufacturer's carton. If a product is found to be defective, you will be reimbursed for your return shipping costs, and the replacement item, if you choose that option, will be shipped to you at no cost, by the same level of delivery service of the original order.
6. Ship the product, insured, to: NovuScript, c/o NovuScript, 7446 Trigo Lane, Carlsbad, CA 92009. Include our phone number on the shipping label: (760) 230-0384.

Once the returned product is received, inspected and found to be in adherence to these policies, a credit to your credit card will be made. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, it may be returned to you at your cost, or a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied.

File Services Guarantee Policies

If you enroll as a subscribing transcriptionist in NovuScript™ File Services and find, before the end of 30 days from your enrollment date, that the service does not satisfy your needs, simply call NovuScript™ support, toll-free, at (866) 408-1383, Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p Pacific Time. We will credit you the full amount of your paid enrollment fee and cancel your account. No hassles!
